WHAT ARE THE PIECES MADE OF?
Due to the inconveniences of COVID-19, all pieces are currently made out of durable air-dry clay for convenience and safety measures.
WILL YOU EVER MAKE PIPES OR BOWLS?
YES! We are currently in search of a community kiln so that we can fire pieces to dishwasher and smoking safety.
DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM REQUESTS?

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please feel free to reach out to us in regards to you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange.
RETURNS
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned
- Items not valid for returns unless otherwise broken or damaged during delivery/shipping process.
- We do not accept requests for returns or exchanges due to lack of satisfaction with style or design unless deemed as faulty.
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Any Items that have been visibly used
- Any Items that have been visibly damaged outside of shipping faults and packaging.
